This complete rehab of two extremely dilapidated rental units in West Seattle not only got them market-ready, but also accounted for the higher level of finish expected at an Alki Beachfront property. Every surface, fixture & appliance needed to be refreshed in these units, including new custom window shades. We replaced the flooring throughout with waterproof LVP so we could run it into the baths & kitchens for a seamless (and investment-friendly, durable) finish.
